Premature babies are even more dependant on safe and pure materials.
Taking care of ourselves and those around us is important to us all. Natural oils have been used for centuries for healing, soothing and relaxing so we have included oils for you. A gentle massage helps soothe aches and pains, encourages sleep and general wellbeing. A few drops of essential oil in the shower tray before your shower or in the bath will smell lovely, and depending on the oil you choose can be stimulating, invigorating or calming. Lavender, for example is a well tested favourite for calming fractious babies when mixed with pure carrier oil.
